This is what many claim while considering the list of over 300 wonderful vital
substances found in chocolate.
Phenylethylamine, theobromine, dopamine, serotonin, and arginine are
known for their mood-boosting properties. Furthermore, the abundance of
polyphenos, essential antioxidants for your body, effectively confront the free
radicals in your body’s cells.
Traditional
chocolate is produced with roasted and deoiled cocoa from industrially processed
cocoa butter, cow milk, and plenty of white industrial sugar. During this
production process, most of the valuable ingredients are destroyed. A customary
bar of chocolate thus contains only negligibly small traces of the original
vital substances. This needn’t be!
With
much love and dedication, we have developed raw chocolate confectioneries which
use only unroasted cocoa beans.
Cocoa and cocoa butter are neither separated nor heated. The sweetness is
provided by whole food organic fruit. No sugar is added, and no
milk is used.
