Dates Bahree Supreme

From California, mocha brittle, creamy soft, still moist. At room temperature, they begin to ferment slightly, which gives them their special appeal. 

Raw food quality (below 40°C).

The date is a quintessential fruit. Desert people often survive for weeks from just a handful of dates per day. They contain more dietary fibres than whole grain bread and more potassium than bananas. Furthermore, they are rich in fructose, calcium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B 1 und B 2.
