Jackfruit

From Sri Lanka.
The tropical Jackfruits can weigh up to 25 kg and are especially high in calcium and phosphorus. 

They are one of the most flavoursome fruits in the world. The sweet pulp pockets which surround the seeds are taken from the rip fruits and gently dried at temperatures below 40° C.
